I read it once in a while, but more for a laugh than anything. I also thought there would be a response to Jon at some point.

The only thing I have ever found somewhat useful (other than a laugh) is some of the myspace discussion.

This guy is using a funny name for his site "The Death of Internet Marketing".
Like we all going back to traditional offline marketing in order to boost our 'online' profits hahaha...! Also this guy talks about down trends and that there new trends in the make, probably he ment to say "The Resurrection of Internet Marketing"! :D Anyway, those eBook kind of sites makes me want to :repuke: .

There is nothing new in the book, again!

In this book the basic idea is to ditch the widespread product launch and to hook up with just a few trusted partners. The book just wants to tell you that the traditional marketing methods don't worka any more for online/internet marketing niches.

For those of you asking why this books are for... of course, a great way to build a huge mailing list.

The warrior forum had so many threads on the "death of marketing" eBook their mod had to delete them all and make one master thread about it.

That place is hilarious.

That is not surprising. It would be interesting to see how much money they make/lose by selling shit to each other.

Just remember this is your competition out there in the marketing landscape, and you should not work too hard to disuade them from being stupid.
