@bb_wolfe - I agree that they aren't going to be able to take down everyone. But if you are located in the US it's extremely dissatisfying to know that they could take you down and have the authority to do so...

How can I even police or control what my splogs are posting? That's beyond my control.That's like holding a newswire or even google responsible for posting information that was obtained automatically and without any human interaction what so ever.
