Every single one of my ads has been approved. Maybe you just got a shitty rep.

Rates are only up because so many people jumped in and started running the same stuff. After a week or so they'll realize getting ads approved isn't the hard part and they aren't making any money, they'll stop, and rates will go back down.

Hmm, I wonder why. (and I choose 'gay' for their fortune)

regarding getting ads approved, some certainly are easier - I resubmitted some I could not get approved before and they went through first go, eg quizes. Others are still no go - no way on weight loss, still a pain on dating (and I have to bid fucking what now?!). I tried to submit someone else's ad I've been seeing for laffs, after a batch of mine all were dissaproved. Fuckers disaproved it, while I am seeing the exact same one in my profile every day. so the usual story there, back to the resubmitting game.
 
To be fair Jon was spot on with his information, as soon as he told me I had ringtones approved left, right and center - and managed to fortunately bank about 1.5k before the CPC starting going crazy, so I've pulled out of FB with $800 profit (after severly fucking up several campaigns) and probably will not return until it calms down or they get more credit cards, stingy bastards.
 
Facebook bribed Jon to start false rumors about getting ads approved just so they could disable all of the accounts that started throwing up Ringtones ads in those 48 hours. Facebook win!

J/k, they actually were accepting IQ ads, conversions are another story.
 
If you're still getting unsolicited PM's here from FB reps or people claiming to be FB reps send me a PM with their username and the message they sent to you and I'll take care of it real quick.

Already banned 4 of the total 11 FB reps. Not afraid to ban more.

Damn straight, Only 2 out of 20+ ads got disapproved. Conversions, however, turns to shit. I'm seeing almost 10 grants running simultaneously on adboard.

Scratch that, weight loss is in. Looks like you just can't word them the usual ways and you actually have to cloak to a "real" weight loss site. If anyone's getting them through the normal way, hit me up.
 
I got a few of my sports ads through. Dating got blocked hardcore. Some BS about the picture not being relevant.

Tip: Get a personal contact at Facebook through your affiliate acct rep. Neverblue hooked me up, and it's helping a bit.

lol they "hooked you up"? Dude facebook reps are all over WF begging people to let them be their affiliate rep.
 
Facebook was very interested in getting feedback from affiliates at ASW. They understood their platform is wack and were interested in making it better for both affiliates and advertisers. I sat in on the panel with shoe and zj, and altho all they talked about was how much it sucked, they also asked a lot about how they could make it better.

*shrug*

I'm sure most of this is in response to their interviews there. It's not going to go from shit to awesome in a couple days, if ever. At least now there are a few more options available and they are trying to communicate and get feedback.

Doesn't matter when everyone buttfucks everything that works anyway.
