The hardest keywords to rank on page 1 on google?

Just wondering what are the hardest keywords to be on page one and not what rank on page one only?

I think some of them are:
google
youtube
facebook
insurance
mortage


However, which is the best factor that determines what makes the keyword hardest to rank on page 1?
 


Forgot to say it shouldn't porn keywords.

Also, I am asking because I ordered from someone who gurantee that He can get me page one for ANY keywords. So I want to test the service to see if its true or not?

Thats good but how about this: should I just check how many results I get on google for a keyword and just send those keyword for him to try? Words like these:



the 24,710,000,000
facebook 11,070,000,000
Free 9,640,000,000 results
About 8,290,000,000
Info 7,400,000,000
information on 5,310,000,000

Meaning, the greater the "about results numbers" are determine how hard it is to rank on page one right? And it is harder than to rank this way than ranking on page one for keywords that have the most searches?
 
Not really. It all has to do with the quality of the sites. If all the sites suck, then it's easier to rank for. You could have 10,000,000 sites but if they have no backlinks and no content (i.e. nothing of value), then it would be pretty easy to rank for that term.

I just listed the hardest keywords up there in my opinion. None of those keywords you listed above are even close to the hardest (technically facebook is, but its branded so it doesn't matter really)
 
surely it would be hardest to get ranked on k/ws with the most competition not necesarily the most searched or num of results (like facebook).
k/ws in high paying areas like
online gambling
weight loss
viagra
etc

Agreed, a friend of mine was ranking #1 for 'free' for a while and he has no where near the backlink profile as some of the tougher keywords.

He's looking to use it as a test against some SEO service claiming they can guarantee first page google ranks.

Waste of time in my opinion, if any company could do that they wouldn't be hiring themselves out, they'd be doing it for themselves.

Really what you need to look at is how their own website ranks for something like SEO company or SEO consulting etc - if they can't get themselves ranked or if they have no website, huge fail.

Or.... personalized search -> screenshot -> boom page 1 and you're too stupid to know the difference.

I hear this line of bullshit all the time from 'SEOs' who cold call.
 
The most lucrative and most difficult keywords are totally different things. You can try to rank for academic type terms, but you're not going to outrank .edu sites that have actual relevant pages on them.

Really what you need to look at is how their own website ranks for something like SEO company or SEO consulting etc - if they can't get themselves ranked or if they have no website, huge fail.

This is not true at all. I hate when people say this. How many firms have a worthwhile ranking for "seo company"? 7? Using SEO to get SEO clients is a retarded way to build business.
 
actually it's like the following in my opinion:

payday loans, credit cards, viagra seems to be among the top tough to rank. Beside that, the usual shit like everything with online casino, poker, health products which convert well
