I'm sorry, it takes a second to write thoughtful responses, but I was already working on yours when it was received.
1. There was a genuine, topical misunderstanding about a medical subject. We'll gladly fix this.
I just spoke to the writer of these articles.
She said that she was under the impression that all sleeping disorders are a type of insomnia.
In all fairness, I think you will agree that this is a reasonable misunderstanding
that someone with no medical education can make.
We will gladly let you keep these categorically relevant links and
give you an additional set with your about your specific sleep disorder.
2. We Do Not & Have Never promised 7 day turn around.
Hoever, we DO promise a guaranteed DELIVERY DATE.
Tencentpice: "They say 7 day maximum turn around time"
This is simply not true. We have not said this anywhere.

3. Only the Top Level (BS, WP & Squidoo) link to your money site.
Nowhere have we said that the other Web 2.0s would as well.

Again, I don't know how it is possible to infer this from anything we have written, but its simply not the case. I apologize if we in any way mislead you. For future reference, here is a clearly spelled out explanation of The HOTH linking structure.
4. NOTE: This customer never notified us of any issues.
We were not given a chance to support this order before this review.
As any previous client would tell you, if you actually emailed me about any issues,
you would hear back from me with a response in a matter of hours.

This niche is one that's banned by squidoo and blogspot, so obviously the workaround with the written content is doing its job.

Alex has contacted me and offered to replace the parts of my package that didn't make sense/I had issues with. It seems it was a misunderstanding with one of the writers not understanding my niche, which is understandable considering it's in the health niche.

UPDATE ABOUT MY NEGATIVE REVIEW
I have had several chats with Alex about the (miss)building of my initial order. Actually I do believe him that one of his workers did post this comment about my niche which probably was one of the main concerns I've had as he seemed to handle the problem very professional. Actually he gave me a 50$ refund which is quite fair as even though the work I expected wasn't done like I think it would, there was a lot of work done and a full refund wouldn't be realistic and fair to the provider.
My first impression changed a lot about this provider as if you've got employes you'll know they are working 2 years for you, doing everything perfectly, and then just blow up everything with shit like they did in my report. Alex has probably not the possibility to check each single report, I don't know about that, but how he handled the situation was absolutely respectable.
He offered me to re-do the content for the properties if I provide articles which I neglected as the value of ordering other packages than my own for moneysites I run is to save time, but the offer is what counts for me.
I will go with Alex probably for some other niches which aren't into gambling as I am pretty much sure this will not create that big problems. For 'regular' niches, this service looks quite decent for sure.

I ordered 5hoth pack a few days ago, tbh, I don't really care too much about the wait. SEO is a waiting game, it takes time to implement strategy and it takes time for search engines to reflect. I don't mind waiting, as long as I get my stuff delivered before christmas at least. Wish the OP wasn't so sale-sy though, we're all involved in internet marketing and have seen it all.

Alex was good enough to completely redo my order. I just went through everything and it looks pretty close to perfect. All of the articles are now on topic and well written - all of the links have now been place as incontent links rather than just in brackets, everything interlinks nicely and it gives me plenty of properties to blast with xrumer.
I'm not going to post any SERP movement because this is an extremely competitive phrase and I wasn't expecting to see any movements with this package.
Overall: 8/10
Would I order this service again? Yes, I'd probably be a little bit more clear on what I was after when ordering around the medical niche again but this is something that is fairly complicated anyway.
