We are working on all the orders received so far. Some of the reports are scheduled to go out sometime next week.
Few clients had contacted us asking for URL changes. All those changes have been applied.

Review
Turnaround time - 12 days. Since I ordered at 4:17 EST on a Monday evening, I won't count this as a working day. Turnaround time took 9 business days, which is less than their estimated TAT in the OP. 5/5
Communication - Excellent. Tom was always very quick to get back to me regarding any questions or issues I had. Their collab management system was also great. 5/5
Quality - Excellent. The excel report received is professional looking, well detailed, and easy to understand. All properties, were high quality with relevant pictures. The video created was also very good with relevant text and relevant pictures. 5/5
Web 2.0: 12/12 are still alive. I don't imagine these properties being deleted as they're of high quality and little details were made sure to be covered so they're not deleted. 5/5
Do-Follow Wikis: 25/27 currently alive. Was only promised 25, so no complaints there. Again, properties look good. 5/5
Mixed Wikis: 154 currently alive, when I was only promised 100. Awesome over-delivery. 5/5
Live Articles: 155/208 alive, promised 200. While about 10 of them were actually deleted, the remaining properties were mostly live but did not have any links in it. I'm not sure if this is due to the article platform, an error by the OP, or what happened. 3/5
RSS Feeds: They supply a list of sites who they submitted your RSS feeds to. Not much of a way of checking these, so just have to go on faith. For that reason, I choose it's best not to grade this.
Ping Services: Same as above.
Blog Networks: I had articles submitted to Article Ranks, SEO LinkVine, My Article Network, Article Blueprint, and Unique Article Wizard. They included screenshots of the articles being submitted and/or approved by the networks. 5/5
SERP Movement: Too early to tell, but one of the keywords I targeted did go from #5>#4. Granted, I have been doing quite a bit of work to that keyword, so it's hard to say what happened but I'm sure Tom's service surely didn't hurt.
Overall: This is a great service, plain and simple. For the money, it's a no brainer. You receive a lot of links to your money site from a wide variety of IPs, and they're all contextual links. My only gripe with this service is the fubar from the live articles. To be fair, I didn't notify Tom of this but if Tom is anything like how he has been he would correct this without issue. I can highly recommend this service. 4.5/5 but if the live articles fubar is corrected, this service is an easy 5/5

Communication: 5/5 Gave OP my info and he got the job done. Really need to give OP props on his setup. It's all done via a project management platform and it's very easy to track everything & communicate. The report was a well structured & detailed excel report containing most link urls.
Quality: 4/5 The articles are spun to ~50% unique. The same images were not used in every property. Diverse C-class IPs on the High PR properties, Wiki posts and Mixed wiki posts. Didn't bother checking the rest. Anchors are correct when they're present - no links in many (or all?) of the article directory submits.
Value: 5/5 OP over delivered on almost everything.

- 12 High PR Web 2.0 Properties - 11 of the 12 were active. Will follow up with OP on this.
- 25 Wiki Posts - 30 on the report. All Live. Over delivery!
- 100 Mixed Wiki Posts - 167 on the report. 149 Live. Over delivery again.
- 1000+ Article Submissions - 167 urls on the report. I assume the rest are via the 5 blog networks. As with mgtarheels I also have live articles without any links. Will follow up with OP.
- 3k Blog Comments - 10k listed on the report. Wayyy overdelivery.
- 5 Blog Network Submissions - Screenshots verifying the submissions.

Turnaround time - Was 11 days, which is pretty good for all that is involved in this service.
Communication - Better than most. I was kept informed of each phase of the project and the guys even tolerated a UR change a couple days after I ordered and a video problem was fixed immediately. Communication is paramount with service providers in my book and they certainly exceeded expectations in this department.
Quality - Better than most. The only issue, quality-wise I have is that the spinning of TITLES for some (not all) properties wasn't as much as I would like - but I am more picky than most. In any case, Google alerts were still picking the properties up the day after I got the report - even with some titles that only varied by one word.
Web 2.0: All good stuff here. Proper links/anchor/subject matter. It was clear they did some good research on the articles and wrote about some items that I haven't seen before (awesome). Over delivery.
Do-Follow Wikis: Same as Web 2.0s...and quote a few properties I had never seen. Again, over delivery with proper link structure.
Mixed Wikis: Big time over delivery at 166 properties and all checked out live-linked in SB.
Live Articles: Had a dozen or so with links not inserted, or dead links, but with the type of article blast they are using I think this is expected and doesn't concern me.
Blog Networks: Screen shot verified submissions - have seen a few in G-Alerts pop up since report delivery so I know its in-progress and working.
SERP Movement: Bumped up one spot for main KW and 2 for secondary with no other work done. The domain has been stale for 4 months or so.
Summary: The link diversity alone for this service is great, and IMO is the service's strongest item. A few of the Web 2.0s were not-so-usual (good thing) and the mixed wiki links are certainly a +1 for diversity. I'd say this service is a good base for any SEO. There were some problems with live-links on the article networks/blasts...but quite honestly...I don't put much stock in Articles to begin with. Like I said - this would be an excellent starting point for any site, SEO-wise...and in my case it bumped me up among 2 KW's in a moderately comp niche.

Yes, we are facing issues with AMR ( my bad, updated all our 8 installations to beta15 ) and this has resulted in less number of live links, though successful submissions usually happen to 1500-1800 directories. We are now trying to figure out if we could roll back to beta 10 or 12 which was running smooth till last week.
