The Secret Service Interrogates 13 Year Old Boy

That story is so fishy it is making my head spin...

First of all, the secret service's actions only sound stupid if you take on faith that the reporter is properly representing the event about the 13 year old kid being yanked out of school and interrogated by the SS just for the reason of "posting on facebook that Obama should watch out for retaliation after killing bin laden." -Like Duhh.

Sounds to me that the reporter is either:

1.) Fishing for a story and doesn't have the facts of why the kid was interrogated.

2.) Making it all up from the start.

IF the SS interrogated this kid, it wasn't for a reason that every other american was guilty of doing also... Sounds like the little smartmouth threatened the president to me. -He certainly wouldn't be the first 13 year old with a smart mouth.

The other part of the story says that the SS worker Tweeted on this account about Fox News: "Had to monitor Fox for a story. Can't. Deal. With. The. Blathering."

-This makes me have faith and more trust in the Secret service, not less... Certainly nothing they should apologize or "take actions" for. Heck, let's raise their salary!

That still doesn't give the Federal government the right to interrogate a child/minor without their parents present. It's a clear violation of his rights, his parents rights and a shitty thing to do. No matter the circumstances his parents have a right to be present during any interrogation.

This just shows your political affiliations. Government workers shouldn't bring their political biases to work with them. Period.

"Blathering" doesn't show any political affiliation... I am a registered republican, afterall...

Is it so wrong for someone in the Secret Service to say that a particular network "Blathers?" And if anyone takes that as an "Anti Conservative" thing to say; I say it is THEY who are bringing politics into this. -Afterall the SS didn't say "I can't. take. the. conservativeness!"

lol, what dumb fucks.

1) 13 year old kid (along with millions of others) points out the obvious.
2) Get scared and interrogate kid
3) ???
4) Profit

...and my girlfriend wonders why I'm so apprehensive about her visiting the police state known as America later this year. At least I'll get a few suitcases full of NBA jerseys and shoes when she comes back.

That's fucked up but something similar happened in Australia this past week. A journo got arrested and had his iPad confisciated for publishing a story about Facebook pictures.
