This is embarrassing but I can't find the right person to ask about guest blogging

I used open site explorer to find a website that my competitor has a backlink on, and decided I want one too.

I go to the site, found the section with niche-related articles, but now I can't figure out who the hell to contact for guest blogging. The problem is it's not just a website. It's a website of an organization that operates in real life too, so I'm not sure which contact is most relevant.

My choices:

Advertising
Conferences & Events
Customer Service
Education
Media Information
NewsRoom


not very good options. Should I just contact Media Information?

There's also a phone number but I figured email is less intrusive. I'm not scared to cold call, I work in b2b sales for my 9-5, but I just figured It'd be a bit odd maybe.

You might find out that all those departments are probably routed to the same person(s). I'd try 'Media Information' than 'Advertising'.​
