Tips & Suggestions Needed For a New Advertiser

My company is creating a survey which we would like to run on a few affiliate networks and I have a few questions about the process and what a good CPA value would be to get experienced affiliates to run our offer.

It will be similar to GoFreeGifts and TheRewardPro surveys and the offer will convert upon completion of the survey.

The purpose of the survey is to build our mailing lists and refer visitors to our other opportunities.

How well do these offers generally do?
What is a fair CPA?
What networks will accept our survey site?

Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

If you're just building your list, a simple email submit will do. Create a survey or offer a reward to entice consumers to give up their email addy. As far as pricing, my mail team won't run an email submit for anything less than $1.50. So if you're giving it to a network, expect to dish out around $2.50 to $3 per email submit. If you're asking for more than just an email address, you can expect to pay $4-$6, depending on how much info you're asking a recipient to divulge. Also keep in mind every network under the sun has seen survey/ reward oriented zip/ email submits, so your payout has to be decent enough to entrice a network to run it.
 
So, if I require the entire survey to be completed and offer a payout of $7 per completion, that should be sufficient to bring in some big marketers?

Would you be interested in promoting it?

Do you have any suggestions for networks that run offers such as this?
