I will answer here for everybody. I can't guarantee unrealistic expectations, because if everyone knows something about SEO, you should now that if you come to me with keywords like "cars", "lose weight" and so on, it's impossible with such a low price. But if you are working on realistic keywords, there is a huge chance you can rank 1#.
I haven't got the full report yet - and was already on the first page for a pretty tough term - but so far, so good - I'm already seeing a bunp for a spot or two in the SERPs.
To be fair - I have lots of other link juice coming in too, and I cannot provide scientific results - but at least - no harm at all, maybe some good.

Then maybe you should set a clear line about what keyword people should provide. Something like: "i do not accept keywords which have exact competition more than 500,000 or something like that."
And while i pretty much think that your package have the potential to get people to top 10. Guaranteed top 1 is not very realistic.

I can't clear things that way. Because there are terms with 20,000 exact competition that are extremly hard to rank, and there are terms with 300,000 exact competition that it's easy to rank. It's something very relative and if it's a keyword that I can't rank for such a low price, I say that from the begining.
Yes, my packages have potential, but I can't guarantee spot 1# for each and every site. That is why, with difficult keywords I choose to accept only 50% of the money and in case the client is not satisfied, I won't ask for the full amount. I think this way it's fair for both of us..
