Traffic from PTC

Hi there, How well does the traffic from ptc sites (like neobux) convert?

Have you ever used them? Got any conversions?

The traffic is really cheap and I guess 99% of the members of that kind of sites dont actually convert (since they are there to make money lol)

I have never understand how can someone spend the day clicking to see ads just to make 1$ at the end of the year lmao... but do these guys convert well?
