I think you can try to reach out to the bigger ad networks that are more complex, like PropellerAds, for example. I personally like traffic sources that are more specialized and offer better results. I recommend MGID, Taboola or Mondiad for natives and popads or popcash for popunders. I think both ad formats could work for you.
