Triple Monitor Setup

My roommate and I both have multiple monitor setups. I'm more into the affiliate marketing/webmastering stuff so I only have 2 monitors... but, he's more of a media freak (movies, mp3s, a/v manipulation software, etc). When he's working with all those open programs, he usually has all 3 screens filled up. Haha.

I don't know about how much it increases productivity, but it sure looks badass. :) :)
 


i have a 22" widescreen hooked up to my laptop and contemplating buying another one. why i love it - on the laptop, IM, email, and other "distracting" applications sit on my laptop that is out of eyesight from the 22" that has photoshop, FF, and dreamweaver open whilst coding. if you're a programmer, you'll love it if you get sick of having to scroll side to side already to see the end of a line of code.
 
I've got on 19" flatpanel attached my laptop and can't figure out for the life of me how I survived with just the laptop monitor.

Maybe someone here can help me, as I've been unable to find worthwhile information searching the web...is it possible to hook a third up to a laptop? I've got a Dell Latitude 510 and would love to hook up a flatscreen that's just collecting dust in the basement...

I've been running dual monitor for the last 4 years and 3 is on the horizon but I just don't have the space...I want to do 3 wall mounted flat panels or the thinnest screens with the smallest foot print..Throw out some brands and model numbers to help the cause..But yes if you can do 3 GO FOR IT. design app / gfx app in one, mail program / OPML in another browser in another

In the meantime I mimmick 3 screens with firefox open in side bar
