You can use them for whatever you want as long as it isn't illegal. By UK law these proxies MUST be kept private - eg. no one else can share them with you. So to answer your question - yes, they are 100% yours and yours alone.

I have only one, last question. For how long you intend to provide this service? I also have a trust issue; I'm a little afraid that you will cut us off after a month, or even before.

A fair question. I do not plan on stopping this service at any time. If I had to then I would fully refund you for the month. This is also why PayPal is used so that if any problems did arise then you can easily contact them with a dispute and get your money back.
