Unable to focus on a niche

How about you outsource things that you know you need done, but are so fucking boring you can't stand doing them? ARticle writing, boring site work, etc. I dont' have time to do things on my own anymore (get up at 530am - get home at 930pm...working at a startup is not for the lazy) and I am trying to get everything I want done via other people. Not as cheap obviously, but at least you will get things done.

I have a Basecamp setup that I will begin using. It's been rebilling for a year. I plan on using this to organize my time spent a little better and help put my thoughts into order during the day. Who knows maybe in a few weeks I'll plan days in advance.

Just do it! that's all anyone can tell you. You technically don't even have to focus that long. Once you have it running it's pretty much smooth sailing.

Well... it happens to me quite often. What i will do is take a shower to cool me off (cold water preferably). This will help me think properly as what i have to focus on first and going towards the finishing line.
