Understanding Scam Victims

thanks for the find... I'm only 4 pages in and already laughing ( great parallels ) - me thinks the FTC is right after all.

I love the program that this is taken from! Real people filmed getting scammed on hidden cameras - it's brilliant :-)

Most of the scams rely on taking advantage of people greed (just like on the internet - buy my e-book for $20 and I'll show you how to make millions with PPC!) but some of the scams are just evil and you can't blame people for getting caught.

Case in point... a good looking babe walks up to a mark and says her phone is out of airtime. Could she just borrow your phone to SMS a friend who will then call her back.

Instead of texting a friend she subscribes you to some highly overpriced "joke of the day" type subscription that is really difficult to unsubscribe from.

Let's say the subscription is $30 per week and she can easily scam 40 or 50 people per day - that's some huge money!
