untapped affiliate potential on the iPhone

It's possible to put ads inside applications... just an idea. Anyone tried this? any success?

Also I might add that the iPhone has another thing called web apps, which are basically html pages formatted for the iPhone. I've had success getting one of my apps to the preferred section of apple.com ... it added tons of link juice to my domain and also gave me 1000s of hits on a daily basis. People will save your web app to their iPhone and use it over and over again (and click on ads).

Mobile CPA is a great new market, look into AdMob. I'm currently working with some advertisers to get their offers converted to work on phones. I few days ago I was on my old BlackBerry Curve and browsing the net, and I entered my email into an email submit that was converted over, lol.

After that - I got into contact with some advertisers I know and I'm looking into AdMob right now as the advertising platform I will use. Lots of potential.
