URL Tracking ID Mucking Up Adsense

My arbi sites have a URL tracking ID per the PPC engine the visitor is coming from. So an example mysite.com/arbi_page1.php?ref=7search.

That ?ref=7search seems to be throwing the adsense bot off for some reason. If I go directly to the page without the tracking ID the adsense ads are right on topic. When I refresh the page adding the tracking ID ?ref=7search the adsense ads are shit and off topic.

What's going on???

Adsense puts a lot of weight on keyword in the url. Putting keywords in the url on an otherwise empty page produces almost spot on ads for me.

not following you completely. here's a more specific url i use:

mysite.com/ringtones?ref=7se

are you saying to change it to something like "?id=3" as opposed to "?ref=7se"
