Does anyone know what US affiliate networks allow that one can implement tracking pixels on customers campaign sites etc. I know you can do this at Peerfly but what other networks offer this kind of solution?

Any network will have this in their tracking software. They add a pixel to their system that will fire yours when their advertiser's fires.
