I had him write 10 200 word orders for a technology topic.

Communication

It was good wasn't that hard to give him the idea of what topic I wanted to cover, and he had one question.

Time

I place the order on Sunday and got the 10 articles a week later which is fine.

Quaility

I am different then a lot of people that just want articles to put up and get links. I have been a national PR/Marketing Manager and have got stories in national magazines, papers, etc. I will spend about 2 min per article fixing some issues to make it easier to read, but I would do that when my PR people sent me something. They did do a great job of coming up with topics.

For the price it is a good value, and I would use again.
