I am looking for someone who has got experience in User Experience based website design. I have a designer however I believe I need someone who could help me come up with a better way to layout a site to increase potential customers experience.

Does anyone on here do this or know of anyone who is good at it? Willing to pay a premium price however I would like to see some examples of past work if possible.
