Value of the leads?

A buddy of mine has payday leads that he had accumlated in the past 4 months -1 year. He has over 500,000 leads. Leads have been acquired via squeeze pages. He has all the typical personal information of each lead. He ran a mailing test a few weeks ago, and 3% of emails bounced back.

Does anyone have idea what company we could confront, and possibly sell the leads to?

Why doesn't he just pre-fill the information on affiliate offer pages and drive traffic straight to them. Sign up to a CPA network, and just look at all the payday offers, there are tons. He has a list, why the hell doesn't he make money from it?

I don't believe network's allow you do that anymore. At least I don't know of any offers that would allow self population.

Mailing is a whole new different thing than PPC, and it will require a learning curve for the both of us.

If the TOS and PP on the pages were setup correctly from the start, you can make some decent scratch with a List Management company. You get to keep the leads and do whatever you want with them later and the LM guys will deal with actually sending mail, getting delivery, list hygiene, etc.
