Very Cool Utility that I cannot find

Hey guys,

Sucks to have my first post on here be one about finding something I saw before on WF.

Basically, it was a plug-in for WordPress that let's you rate users. It has the whole 5 star thing along with comments. I remember seeing it yesterday and have been trying all day today searching for it. Unfortunately, my browser is set to auto-delete history (I share my computer with my mom) so I can't use that either. Do any of you guys know what the link is or what I'm referring to? Thanks a lot.

Anyway, been learning tons of stuff on here since joining a few days ago. Very interesting and exciting stuff.
