Review:

I tested the list, the OP says 9500+ domains, I filtered around 12000+ unique domains.. through dup domain removal.

Now I test ran a small part of this list on my own money site. The results are somewhat just okay for the price that OP has mentioned. majorly blog engine URL's so definitely has juice. Taking into account that I was able to post to 30% of the list I randomly picked. Instant backlinks were found on more than 100 out of the 300 posted.

I have not yet checked the OBL of the posts, but at this price even 10% instant backlinks on do follow would be helpful.

Need to repeat failed entries a lot and also use optimized settings of SB along with private proxies.

My rating considering the price $15 and success 10% - buy it if you have time to clean and repeat it thoroughly. 6/10
