Anyone else feel like adding to the list, the above three sites were also used throughout the testing phase so there might be a few strange posts but the new ones I just put on will all be good.

Ok I have a few questions about this that your page does not answer either:

- Are only youtube videos supported, or does viscript help with other popular video platforms (veoh, google video) as well? Which ones?
- Can I mix the video blog posts with written content aka "normal" wordpress posts?
- Can you share some screens of the admin Interface?
- Do you have a site up that we could testdrive, maybe for a review? PM me
- With other plugins available that do the youtube thing for free, what justifies the price tag?

Currently only YouTube is supported but I'll soon be adding in Veoh, MetaCafe, Yahoo Videos, and possibly a few more sources.
Yes its wordpress you can edit/add any content to the posts as you like.

Very good proactive question and the reason why this is more valuable is because of the built in backlink strategy, the customer support and the membership resources that come with it which include a variety of ways to earn money with your new sites is why this is better then any free ones out there, not to mention that any updates you want or think it should have all you need to do is suggest and tell me why you think it would help the script and it can be placed in, its like having a programmer at your figertips adding new features which everyone agrees upon.

Aequitas, it looks really good - but I also have a few questions:
1) If you automate the process and set it up to run x times a week and pull videos on XYZ kw(s), what's to stop it from posting the same videos over and over again? Do you have something built into the script that filters out dupe content?
2) Can you upload a few free WP templates to the test, so we can see what the video looks like in different WP themes?
I may have a few more questions, but these are just off the top of my head. Anyway, the script looks really good and I plan on picking up a copy.

I ran into the same problem illkitty did. If you add text to the post through the "Manage" section of WP admin panel, then the layout goes to shite. Any clue what's causing this? Maybe you need to write something into the script that specifically says "Text goes here" and puts the text where it should go - either above the video, below, or to the sides without messing up the whole layout.
That is because I didn't turn off the normal Wordpress editor in wordpress, the what you see is what you get editor fucks with your object code, thats a wordpress issue and NOT a ViScript issue, you've just got to remember to turn your what you see is what you get editor off.
The odd time on certain keywords it does time out, this is why I've limited the amount of posts you make make at any one time, I'm going to be increasing the performance of the script more and more but the problem also lies if YouTube is going slow, if there site is slow the the script will run slow.

I've implemented a duplicate content checker so you won't get duplicate videos posted to your site, however I do this check before it adds the videos and I do the check with the video titles, so sometimes two videos of the same will have different titles, and one will slip through but the majority of the time there isn't a duplicate content issue, even if one of the same videos slip through it will be from a different poster with different comments being put on your site.

Edit: Sites down because of hostgator, not the script. I would have just taken down the URL but I can't edit the post.
Long story short I posted about 400 videos in 5 minutes and hostgator suspended my shared plan. I contacted customer support, and they said the script is fine to use, just not fine at 100 posts per minute. So hopefully the site is back up soon. And for those of you considering purchasing on shared hosting no worries, just don't post at such a high volume.

I ran the hell out of their server, I called them, told them I didn't realize I was using excessive resources, and then when I screwed up some of the files in the blog they helped me fix the database (That was me, not the script or hostgator).

It's not that they took your site down, if their terms stated no more than xxx calls per minute or so and so resources per account or whatever then that's understandable. It's the fact that they seemingly didn't notify you, you had to contact them.
I bet most companies would do they same, but a lot would email you to say what they've done and why.
If this had been a money making site and they took it down without warning and you hadn't checked on it for a few days, well that's potentially a lot of lost cash.
I'm sure they state they can do this in their terms but it's definitely put me off using them in future (and made me aware of something else to check before I sign up with another hosting company - thanks).
That kinda changes things a bit. Sorry for going off topic, just with everyone plugging Hostgator that seemed like a really shitty thing to do.
Back to ViScript - looks good mate.
Just had a play - very impressed. The scraping of comments is great, in my opinion sets it apart from the other plugins. Does it pull the date from youtube and could it easily be tweaked to show random times? (4 comments at 5.08am looks a bit false.)
Being able to autoplay the vids youtube style would be nice for things like this.
Hmm I actually think I can add in the autoplay feature if someone wanted it and the only problem with adding the dates based from you tube is that when you add them to wordpress they won't align correctly.
An example would be you made a post today with todays date then you pulled 5 videos from you tube from dates before today when viewing your blog the new posts won't be the new post it will be the post you made today and the other posts will be backdated appearing off the main page depending on how many posts your making so you could be making 10 posts a day but in reality your visitors won't see a change on the main site.
But I am looking into swapping up the dates to keep things more random and natural.
