want to add a comments section

a friend of mine has a very basic, not-for-profit web site and he wants to put a comment area up on the front page. what is the easiest way to do something like this without getting technical?

Hmm, without getting technical... well... buy someone to do it for him!!!! Money is always
the easiest way to get anything done.

However if you do wish to get technical, search google for "comment script" choose the
closest match to what your looking and make it perfect. Or do it like i do it and build your own.

Why don't you add the phrase "captcha" to that "comment script" search suggested above to help out with the spam control. Gg search
