dude I used to run a site like that, its a well known one actually, just sold it recently. You are looking at thousands and thousands of dollars if you want to do it right, plus the right connection with advertisers, and lots of offer testing.

Its not easy, and its not a joke. Not only that but the incent industry is a whole diff beast than non incent.

Well, File hosting websites are more then just a 'script.' You have to think about the other investments you're doing... Such as a powerful server. FileHosting sites require big amounts of bandwidth, ram & hdd.
