Wanted - Social Bookmarker

I need to be able to provide a CSV list of URLs + Titles and have someone do social bookmarking (dofollow preferably).

I've talked to 5 guys on here so far and they can't grasp that concept, if you don't understand what I'm talking about , don't reply , it's as simple as that!
