Warning to everyone running offers on AdValiant. Their system is down for at least last half hour and offer links not working. Pause your campaigns.

EDIT: wrong timestamp its 07/06 10a.m.

No drama necessary, they always take care of you when something like this happens, everyone just try to remain calm.

I can confirm we are STILL DOWN, so obviously pause traffic if you can and we'll let you know when we're back and stable. Our affs will be taken care of (as always), just help us minimize the damage, thanks and sorry!

While I wait for my Vitamin B12 pill to kick in, here is the latest...

The outage appears to be regional and is being suffered by our Provider's Provider, XO Communications in Chicago. XO is aware of the problem and are working toward resolution. No ETA has been given at this time.

TRACKING: Operations, along with help from Engineering has partially restored our lead tracking capability by promoting a QA server located in the Santa Barbara Datacenter (LOV) to production status. Unfortunately, we do not have a recent copy of our images inventory at that datacenter and thus cannot service clicks/leads generated from images. This means that we can still log clicks/leads from cached (cookie already set) clients and leads generated from text/email but cannot accept leads which require us to serve an image.

Total Tracking Outage: approx 70min

Total Company Outage/Partial Tracking Outage: ~90minutes and counting.

Geofferson - are you guys using Genesis Hosting? Looks like they're single-homed with XO bandwidth - fairly surprising that they wouldn't have at least one other provider in a BGP mix for bandwidth, or even a failover provider if they wanted to be really cheap...

@tvmatt - I passed this on to our VP, Internet Operations/Architecture, not sure, but thanks for that.

argh... my new content network image ads which have been pending for the last two days got declined while the tracking was down. reason: destination url not working.
i checked it and it works so the review must have hit exactly the downtime.

and yes, i'm directlinking this offer.

this sucks!
