I had $180 in my checking account and these clowns hit my debit card for $154 (like a dumbass i had forgotten to remove it from the account panel). I'm sitting on a useless server because I burned all the ips while promoting my clients' websites.

I had a bill coming up for $167 so I got hit by that and lost another $70 bucks. I asked them to refund me and to make a long story short, they told me to go fuck myself.

I asked BoA to refund me or at least gimme back my overdraft fees cuz I'm not getting paid for another week but they also told me to shove it up my ass.

Money is kinda tight around here so this ruined my weekend.

I've been having an issue with them the past two months. They've been a fucking nightmare. I think it's finally been resolved, but their inner-office operations are fucking terrible. They're all doing shit without knowing what the others are doing. Hell, those morons even shut down my server incorrectly (literally just unplugged it) while moving me to a new rack, resulting in all corrupted data.

This is a valid complaint and shows they are incompetent. The original poster was just too damn stupid to keep his finances in order and was charged a reoccuring fee.
