when searchign for a niche, when you use the google keyword tool, and you select "cost and ad position estimates" what does it matter if you enter $10 or $50, arent you always going to choose the most high paying keyword anyways?
does it really matter on how much competition you have when selecting a niche in arbitrage?

yea. for example, you're not gonna get anywhere with dating niche from what I've tried. then again I'm new so w/e.
Basically Im breaking even. All this work for breaking even just isnt worth it. I have tried high paying keywords with high volume, tried only one adsense per page, still only the highest for one click 1.09. That happened once. Basically each click has been around 0.20 to 0.40. If im paying between 10-20 cents for the click its useless, even at a 50% CTR which would make me break even. If you penny all the searches then you dont get very much traffic.
I have to admit I did learn a lot from the experience though which is what my initial goal before starting ppc.
THe main problem is getting higher paying clicks and figuring out how to get them. I know some affilites pay 60$ but after dividing it by how many clicks it gets down around 1 dollar, if that.
I think I might give affiliate marketing a try becuase of the much higher payouts but of course its a much harder game.
So after 46 pages what is the conclusion of this arbi test?
andy - I use most of the engines now for both. Using adwords for arbitrage is the last thing you should do though. It ain't easy and I get better results sending adwords traffic to yahoo and vice versa - if you have only spent $50 you have not done enough yet, if you are still having the problems at $150 invested well maybe there is a problem then
not sure I understand the question but there are thousands of niches, if by words you mean keywords, I don't run an excessive amount of keywords per page, some of my pages have 1 or 2 keywords that get lots of traffic, the page is set to that particular keyword. I avoid putting the keyword in the general niche
adsense loser - the conclusion of this test is you are an asshat!
