Tier 1 is top web 2.0 sites such as wordpress.com, tumblr, etc. Absolutely no jcow, elgg in Tier 1.

Great report checked about 5 different links all of them had readable and unique content with deeplinks to my site. Lots of images and readable and usernames that made sense and didnt look like a program auto generated them.
These links will do your site some good, but if you really want them to perform well, you will:
1. go in there and doubel check all the content
2. add some articles
3. add more articles (regularly)
4. do some supportive linking
that way when goog looks at it they don't say "yep, heres another property that was created and never touched again"
usernames and passwords are included in the report for a reason - use them!
