Aydenn,

I purchased some banners from you last week, you had a couple of days to do them. I paid up front, heard nothing. You contacted me several days late and apologized, promised additional sizes for free within 24 hours. That was nearly 5 days ago and I haven't heard a thing. You have not replied to your aim, and I'm feeling a little hung out to dry.
