Website Moving Rec's

I need some websites moved to a new server, does anybody have recommendations on a service that they used in the past?

I'd do it myself, but if I was the one to fuck it up I'd be good and pissed for a while.

Most hosting companies will do that for you if ask them. Do you already have a new server or are you still looking for a new host?

Thanks and I'll take recommendations on hosting companies as well. They have to be porn friendly and bandwidth can't be low.
