Ok, well I have seen some outright genus ideas here, but there seems to be a lot of discord on what the best affiliate network is. This is a big deal for me, as I am new to this and want to start off right. I have many web sites that are pulling great numbers and I would like to put ads on them. I have gone so far as to make my own affiliate network, but am way too afraid of taking it live for the reason of all the inconstant variables. B.t.w. I am an internet developer, so my technical ability should not be a problem. Respectfully, I am asking your input. Thank you, Teleflux.

I would have made a comment on the signature, but I think I have not been on WF for long enough. It's influence has not reach the deepest of my soul. (i wonder who will get my drift)

Otherwise, be welcome and blessed my friend, in this place you will find any and all information you might need. I just hope you like to read :)

People are making millions with just about every affiliate network out there (cj, neverblue, copeac, azoogle, etc). So unless that is not enough for your needs, any of them will do fine. We don't know what your niches are so some some networks will have more appropriate offers than others for you. Apply to several and see what offers each has that would work with your niche.

+1 on join a bunch. You'll realize that a LOT of offers are duplicated from network to network.

Honestly, it's kinda funny, but nobody on wickedfire talks about ShareASale (shareasale.com). Brian & the crew over there are really awesome with helping out new affiliates, and the lineup is pretty good.

For the most part, each network does a certain "thing", one might do a lot of zip submits, while another might specialize in mortgage leads, while another does CPA products... All depends on your traffic as to what's the best fit. I, personally, come from the world of product sales, so Linkshare (LinkShare | Affiliate Marketing, Search Marketing, ROI Tracking. Global E-commerce Solutions.), CJ (Commission Junction - A Global Leader in Affiliate Marketing, Online Advertising and Search Engine Marketing), SAS (Shareasale), and Amazon Associates Program all tend to be right for me.

Yeah I could try that.

Please change sig to "illiterate, lazy, retard, digital point lackey" kthx
I will once you get a profile picture that doesn't make you look like you are missing a chromosome. You think you are smarter than everyone because why, you got horns... Bahh! I am not illiterate, thank you, I can spell any word. ( well my firefox spell checker can) ;-P

Anyways, thanks every one for the input, I have had alot of time to think and I will try them all, I will also add shareasale too. Thanks again.
