What am I doing wrong with Adwords?

Hi, could someone please tell me why I hardly get any impressions on my Adwords campaign. I currently have one running, but it only gets one or two impressions a week. I have no idea why every campaign I start gets such low impressions and I constantly read about other people get 10's of thousands and I can't even get 1 a day...


My Adwords Settings:

- Account Balance: $8.00
- Daily budget $5.00
- Targeting: US only
- Opted out of adsense, just using google search
- My CPC Bid: $0.10
- CPC Cost for keyword phrase displayed in Google Adword Tool: $0.08
- Volume per month for that one keyword phrase: 320 searches
- Number of competitors: 0-3 (half the time no ad is even dispalyed...)
- landing page is an optmized squidoo page

whats your QS say clown? also there is an ad dianostics tool right in goog to tell you why its not showing
 
Ok, I finally found QS... They sure make it hard. Most of the keywords have an "OK" quality score and two have a "great", so I guess that's Ok :) Using the ad diagnostic tool my ad shows up, but who knows how often. The bottom line is the numbers do not add up. I have 14 keyword phrases with an estimated 300-500 traffic search volume for each of them. Shouldn't I be getting thousands of impressions minimum? Or is Google's adword tool so full of shit, it just makes up numbers?
 
Yeah, dude a budget of $5.00? Set it to like $100 and then pause it whenever you want. Your goal is to get your ads showing as fast as you want - just pick when you wanna show them, jack that budget, and then keep close watch.
