So lets say I had a 100 peopl that were interested in signing up for match.com, but lets say i got them all to just sign a piece of paper, like around a college campus, and they gave me all the info the match.com offer requires.

Would i be able to enter it all manually and have it count as valid leads?

Whats the rules on that?
 


Is that the key factor then? Offline marketing?

If so, do I just enter the leads or how would that work?

There's no dating merchant that'll want leads generated this way. Members have to use the dating site after signup in order for the merchant to monetize. If these members are just giving you info on a piece of paper, there is no way they are ever going to login after the fact and actually use the dating site.

Realistically, I can't even see anyone ever agreeing to give you all of the personal information required to complete a dating profile.
 
dating was probably one of the worst examples.
If it'll make it easier to narrow it down consider all Signup based offers off limits to offline marketing, because their goal is turn that signup into a paid member. Can't do that if you signed up using a piece of paper. The same goes for rebills, anything that takes the users CC, and nearly all shortform leadgens and of course email/zip submits.

Which only leaves a few long form leadgen offers and possibly some paid surveys left in the pot. If you ask your AMs they might be able to find you one.

There is a problem standing in your way though, and this is why offline marketing for cpa offers is pretty much dead.
The good frauders do that exact same thing. They pay college kids to go around getting peoples info for various stuff, just like you want to do. Then they use scripts and proxies/tunnels to complete the offers. Them collecting real info is a way to keep their lead quality at a reasonable level (its never good but its at least something other than pure Fail to Contact). So your method while whitehat and a reasonable way to generate these leads is so diluted in fraud, it makes it pretty impossible for you to do it legitimately.
