I read around about it, but didnt really find anything useful about it... Any of you have personal experience with it? I know it costs 29.99 a month...

I'm a member in WA at the moment and I'm very happy with it.

Their focus is on article marketing or bum marketing and using PPC traffic to get affiliate sales. especially with clickbank which I'm not crazy about.
Nobody talks about adsense or arbitrage or other systems.

There are a lot of noobs, myself included and there's a lot of handholding which is probably worthless to you if you're already an accomplished marketer.

They've got 2 other products (ebooks) as well called 'inside the list' and 'beating adwords' but they're not pushed on you.

For a beginner who wants to know how to start I think it's perfect. There are a number of senior members who give out great advice on finding niches, choosing keywords, creating landing pages, improving your quality score etc.
They are willing to give advice specific to you as well.

Even I was surprised at some people who had signed up, they seemed to know even less than I did about affiliate marketing, but they were never flamed or ignored. They got step by step instructions and advice on what to do next.

I'll be keeping my WA membership for another while and bugging those with more experience with my questions :)

I signed-up as a Wealthy Affiliate member at the beginning of the year and promote it in my signature. It's definitely the real deal if you are looking for top notch info, research tools and a supportive community that is willing to help people out. They have a similar section setup like WickedFire's resource section with education, tools, statistics, videos, etc. Kyle and Carson who are the founders of Wealthy Affiliate know their shit. You can PM them anytime with questions about your campaigns, keywords, what they think of the market your going into, etc. Like Jon, they aren't big on all these "gurus" coming out and pushing their crappy ebooks.

There are over 3,000 members now and I find the forums are where most of the value is in the membership. The first time I read all their "sticky" posts I was really impressed with all the detailed information that was given out by the experienced members helping out newbies. I actually find it hilarious now that people actually think Chris Lingle's arbi and affiliate thread was "informative", LOL. There are HUNDREDS of threads that are 10x better at Wealthy Affiliate than that piece of crap. There is a member there named Travis that has become a huge success and he has a ton of great posts and responses to people's questions.

What I like best about a paid forum is weeding out all the people who aren't serious about making real money and succeeding with affiliate marketing. The majority of the posts are relative to the topic and are of quality. That is the only bad part of free forums like WF, digitalpoint, sitepoint. You always have a few annoying posters who like to come in and bash or just be disruptive and clutter up the boards and waste people's time. They won't tolerate that at all at WA.
