What does it say on your business card?

business card says "internet developer", but when random people ask, "i make websites".

And don't you always get asked -- Can you make a site for us? I used to say this thing about 3-4 years ago and that was exactly the response I used to get... who's to explain them the difference between a designer and a developer.

Mine says Property Manager, am I doing something wrong?

I haven't come up with a good answer to explain to people my online activities - if I tell them "I build websites." they ask if I can make them a site... and if I tell them my ROI they ask if they can invest.
