Hello,

I ordered content last week and sent three emails but didnt get any answer.

I didn't see him online on Aim.

Thanks for your help.
 


He's here. Although I thought he had stopped doing content writing? I'm to lazy to find the thread but do a search and you'll find it.
 
I don't get why the same situation comes up for him over and over.

Way past deadline---> little (or no) communication---->Boom! Fantastic quality work.

Clients are hard to deal with, I know. So the best way is to lower their expectations on what your weakness are. When they sign up for something tell them it's a 2-3 week turn around. If they don't like it they won't buy, but if they already know that you deliever top notch work, they'll wait for it and they'll do it without bitchin cause they know what to expect.

I just don't understand why this is still a problem. Geek, you need a good organizational manager. If you're the organizational manager, you should fire yourself :-P
 
From my personal experience, don't bother emailing him or sending a PM, the guy will not respond back to you. If you bought content from ContentGeeks then sit back and be a little patient your articles will arrive soon.

Should be interesting seeing what the deal is - he offered a "free content" guarantee for packages ordered under his promo a while back - I have an order pending that is due to be delivered tomorrow according to the last email I got from him.

@Airforce matt That song in your sig popped on my IPOD ( I dowloaded songs from a bunch of different people so I don't even know what's on there) yesterday while I was walking. I must have looked like a spastic monkey power walking and bopping to it, but it's a fun song.

Hehe - yeah kinda a high octane song to just walk to :P

Pfgannon - the reason they are in my sig has more to do with the words than the group ;)

Now - back on topic. Nothing heard from Robert as of yet. If anyone has a phone number for him let me know please.
 
He was a few weeks late on my order a few months ago, and i had trouble contacting him about it.. but he did come through with great content in the end.
 
Same here, no luck getting a hold of him.

My order is now approaching 3 weeks late and I have only received 5% of what I paid for, with no further response to my multiple emails and IMs.

It's looking like time for a chargeback...
