I want a dedicated server...but fully managed by a company (i know nothing about server management). what are some good companies?

I've been trying to research online to see what people think about different ones, but a lot of these "review" sites look questionable.

I'd like to hear what some actual people think about some of these.

bluehost
hostmonster
lunarpages
hostingpad

Are these the best options out there, are there some I don't know about?

Well, if you talking about dedicated servers as the op was asking, than only lunarpages offers dedicated servers I believe.

Otherwise, I have had great experiences with Zensix (WF member subigo's company) and Hostmonster.

Liquidweb is alright. However I'd recommend wiredtree.com. Also Hit up powervps.com. Send an email to sales, asking about their dedicated line of servers. They don't list them on their site, but they are amazing.

Rackspace. They aren't cheap, but they are the best. Hands down, none better when it comes to managed dedicated boxes.

I have been using bluehost and have no major problems with them.
I am concerned with the fact that they want the sites that they host to be G to PG-rated and that is a bit limiting.

LayeredTech and Interserver both offer some managed servers - Though Interserver isn't as well known as some other providers, when I used them a few years ago their service was above and beyond that of any other provider I ever user (and I resold dedicated servers).

I have been with LiquidWeb since last month and their support is really amazing amazing. Planning to move all my sites from HostGator on to LiquidWeb soon.
