What if paypal limited my account during a bank transfer

Probably, check your balance and you will more than likely see that the amount you transferred was reversed. They suck like that.

it says complete on the status and my moneys not on my paypal account

When did you initiate the transfer and when did they limit your acct? How much time lapsed in between?

Basically, I don't count an a transfer going thru unless a bare min. of 24 hrs has passed. If you initiated the transfer today and then 2 hrs later your account was limited, I'm sure they got their greedy paws on your money. However, if you did the transfer yesterday and they limited your acct today, you might just be safe.

If your status is completed before and after that your account is limited then there is no problem for the transaction you done.
