what is a difference in a link strength across domains...

Hello...

I know that link on a .org or .edu domain is considered stronger than .com.

but how about country specific domain like .co.uk or .de or .it ???

how much stronger is link on .com than .de for example ????

When I want to SEO my page globally then should I consider not having country specific domains ? or not ?

Considered? Yes. Are they? No.

TLD (Top Level Domain, i.e. .com, .edu) strength is the same across all extensions. A fresh .com is the same as a fresh .edu or .gov.

Now, what does make a difference is the types of links they attract. A .gov and .edu domain is much more likely to gain links/authority from other established .com, .edu, .gov, etc. much more quickly with little effort than a fresh .com, .net, etc.

That's what you need to understand. TLD means nothing. It's the organizations that use specific ones that matter. A school or government agency (since only those can purchase them) is much more likely to seem credible and have content linked across other domains than a company or blog.

If you are going to have unique content for each country, then purchase country-specific TLDs. Otherwise, don't.

but let's supposed I have a .com domain - global content

and the let's suppose we have two similar in incoming (authority links) links....
one is .com
second is .de

link to my site on the first one will be of the same value to google as the second one or not ?
 
You should look closer to what Rexibit just said. Basically it doesn't matter if it's a .com, .edu, .de, etc... What matters is the authority of the site linking to you, and what type of authority it can give. So, a .de link will give you authority in the German community. An .edu can give you authority in the education community. And any of these links that you acquire will be stronger if they come from web sites of a similar niche.
