What Is The Easiest Way To Make A Picture Like For Inserting Into A Video

I'm a newbie when it comes to making and editing pictures like
this one http://bit.ly/bGB32j for a free notebook.

The pic is going to be inserted at the end of a video to promote
a cpa zip submit, what's the easiest software to use for doing this.

Also does most cpa advertisers & cpa networks allow you to
do this to take a pic of the campaigns.

It depends on the video format. If you are editing a avi or mpeg etc premiere pro will do fine. You can use photoshop to size it appropriately.

Or iMovie or whatever the hell comes with a Mac for free.

Just drag and drop the picture at the end of the video, simple. If you can't figure it out, google that shit son!
