What is the top website search engine in your opinion?

1. Is it google custom search engine or does anyone know any other out their (besides google search engine) that gives the best relevant search for your website (since it will not be used for making $)?

2. If you have a few moments, can you let us know which one you use on your website and why do you use it instead of any other out their?

Maybe their is some confusing but i am talking about a search engine to search within your site, just like whats on top right corner of CNN.com - Breaking News, U.S., World, Weather, Entertainment & Video News

I use Sphider (Sphider - a php spider and search engine), they allow for me to add multiple sites to search across my network, my data is all mine, and I can look and see what people are searching for, so I can create articles, and new content accordingly.
