Hey everyone,

I'm new to Wickedfire, I really like the site so far. I'm a freelance PHP programmer that is looking to get started in the script selling business. I want to write kickass scripts that are useful to webmasters. However, in the already crowded arena of PHP scripts, I don't want to re-invent the wheel. What I want to do is ask you guys, since this is a webmaster forum after all.. what would be some useful/cool scripts that you could use to really make developing your sites/network simpler. This could be anything from SEO tools, to CMS systems, to addons for Joomla, Wordpress, etc. I want to get a good idea of what areas and what specific scripts the community is in need of, to target my development. Any kind of input is going to be really useful on what this community wants.

Wow, you want to help out soooo badly and you've only been here for a whole day or two. Congrats.

We need a script that will allow you to shoot someone over the internet. But in their face... with a rocket. Less to clean up that way.

oh btw. i wrote a script that reads out a keyword list, fetches images based on those keywords from flickr/google/picsearch.com and creates windows movie maker like videos for each keyword.

it got sold for 500 bucks... i prolly get down with the price if more people buying it :P

Look, I'm a freelance PHP developer. Immediately on joining the site, I noticed that it looks like you guys are into a lot of scripts for a variety of tasks, and I figured I'd ask if there is anything specifically people were looking for. I'm not spamming some product I have, I'm just seeing what kind of additional tools people were looking for around here.

If this is such a problem because I'm new here, fine, delete the thread. I'll gain some reputation on the forum and ask it again a month from now. I just think it's kind of funny that I'm getting all the sarcasm for trying to make some money, which I'm pretty sure is the goal of most of the users on this forum. I wasn't aware that the acceptibility of such a goal was tied to post count and join date.

yeah... we need much more coders...

how many "i sell you cool scripts"-coders are here right now? 30?
