What network has the iPad offer for Facebook?

I want to promote the "win a free ipad" offer for facebook. I see other people doing this but don't know which network has an Ipad offer that allows social traffic. Nothing on offervault does.

I'm pretty sure these offers are not compliant with the recent FTC guidelines/disclosures released, according to my attorney at least. I'd be careful running them until advertisers actually bring them up to speed.

You'll have more trouble getting this live on Facebook, rather than having trouble getting an advertiser that allows Facebook traffic.
