Most of it, only until I need to figure stuff out, once I do then I outsource again.

Well, its hard to say an exact %.

I have my VA's who do my SEO stuff.

I also have my own team who work in the same office under me.

So i come up with an idea and often rest is done by my team.

So at times its 95% outsourced.

At the same time certain projects that require more "creative" input , I mainly do all by myself.

If you are a middleman then here is a little tip: never reveal that you are a middleman and if you do , then only because you must. That way your clients wont walk away looking for a cheaper provider.
