What RSS reader do you use ?

What RSS reader are you using... ? I'm not interested in Web based readers.

that can display updates
i've tried others, this is my favorite

I use Yahoo and I think it sucks, wait I know it sucks, and I have never even used another RSS reader. Do you know if I can export my RSS feeds into another reader?
