What should I do with this domain?

I have a domain that I have been wanting to develop into a prank and joke site. I have laid out 3-4 different designs, but now I think I want a script for it, instead of editing it daily. There is a rough layout up now and the domain name is yourprank<dot>com.

I would like a community where people can post pics and share stories about pranks they have pulled on friends. Uploading video links would be cool as well. I was going to make it a forum originally, but decided to try something different.

Do any of you know of any popular prank sites that do the same thing? I guess I really need suggestions on a script that can run a site like this.

I can usually be creative, but I have way too many domains that need to get developed. I need some advice and suggestions please???

Anything involving a type of viral rick roll would be fun (you can click on that link..it just goes to the stompernet thread in here. I promise.) I'm not saying do rick roll since that's been way too played out (although you wouldn't know it around here) but something along those lines are always fun.

Also remember those really scary videos from WAY back when. I don't know they weren't actually videos they were just a picture and you would stare at if for like 20 seconds (because someone told you if you did you would see the ghost behind the curtain or whatever) anyways then an freaky image would pop on the screen suddenly with a loud scream. MAN that scared the BEJEEEZUS out of me.

Good times. Sorry if this is all random...just kind of a stream of conciousness....

Ok, at first I thought you were trying to get me into that stompernet thingy again, for the record I didn't fall for it, but then I got it. The more scat thread was helpful as well.
